The entire team was associated with M/s P.C. Modi & Co. (since 1984) for the entire period of their respective experience period. On account of reconstitution, the entire team reconstituted itself under R Sogani & Associates w.e.f. 1st April, 2014.

We have been engaged in providing some services in the field of Project Financing, Corporate Advisory, Business Advisory, International Taxation, FEMA Consultancy, Amalgamation and Mergers, Liquidation, IND AS Conversion, Forensic Audit, Performance Management System (PMS), Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Preparation and Company Law apart from the regular services in the field of Income Tax, Service Tax, Internal Audit, Statutory/Tax Audit and other legal compliances.

We believe in the philosophy of educating the clients for ensuring proper legal compliances. Clients are regularly updated for recent changes in the laws. The firm also organizes seminars for the clients and adequate literature is circulated for permanent reference.

In order to enable clients to do business more efficiently, sector specific research material are communicated to them.

Partners of the firm are regular faculties to educational institutions, professional forums and trade bodies. “Between Us” is the yearly in-house publication of the firm showcasing the research work conducted by the articled staff of the firm during the year on wide varieties of subjects.
